User Agreement (Galmet)
Effective date: April 30, 2026
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to your use of the Galmet mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using Galmet, you agree to follow this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Who can use the app
You must be old enough to use the App under the laws where you live, and you must be able to accept this Agreement. By using Galmet, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your account
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details private, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Community safety rules
To keep Galmet safe, the following are strictly prohibited: pornography, nudity, child exploitation, sexual content involving minors, violent extremism, scams/fraud, impersonation, hate or harassment, threats, and any illegal activity. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules.
What you can and can’t do
You agree to use the App legally and responsibly. You must not:
- break any laws or regulations
- violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property
- upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or other accounts
- misuse the App for spam or fraudulent activity
- use the App to harass, threaten, or exploit other people
Content
Your content: if you upload content to the App, you keep ownership of it. You give Galmet permission to host, store, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the App.
Our app and materials: the App, its design, and all related content are owned by Galmet (or our licensors). You may not copy or resell the App or its content unless we allow it in writing.
Messaging, calls, and safety
The App may allow you to message other users, share images, send virtual gifts, and start audio/video calls. You are responsible for what you share. We may remove content, restrict features, or take action on accounts that violate this Agreement. The App also includes blocking and reporting tools.
Virtual items (coins, gifts, gems)
Galmet includes virtual items such as coins, gifts, and gems. Coins may be used for features such as sending gifts and starting audio/video calls (coins can be spent during calls based on time). Gems may be earned by receiving gifts/calls. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not transferable outside the App, and are not refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store policy.
Payments (if you buy a subscription)
If the App offers paid features (such as buying coin packages), purchases are handled by your app store (for example, Google Play). Prices, taxes, renewals (if any), and cancellations follow the app store’s rules. You are responsible for any charges you approve.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the App.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the App if needed to protect the App, users, or if there is a serious or repeated violation of this Agreement. You may stop using the App at any time.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galmet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Agreement.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
