How to request deletion
- Open Galmet and sign in with the account you want us to act on.
- Go to Profile → Edit profile. Find User ID and tap Copy (you will paste it in the form).
- On this page, choose either full account deletion or deletion of specific data only (your account stays open).
- Complete the form using an email address we can reach you on, confirm the prompts, and submit.
- We will confirm receipt and follow up by email, usually within 7–14 business days. Full removal may take longer where backups or providers need processing (often completed within up to 30 days).

Delete my entire account
Permanently close Galmet access and delete associated personal data per your request (subject to legal retention).
Delete some of my data only
Keep my account; remove specific categories of information you list below.
Full account deletion — typically deleted or anonymized
- check Profile fields (nickname, bio, gender, age/DOB, region/country, photo)
- check Chats and related stored content you sent (text, images, gifts metadata)
- check Stored uploads (e.g. profile and chat images in our storage)
- check In-app activity tied to your account (tasks, coins/gems/gifts history, notifications token)
- check Call-related records associated with your account where technically feasible
May be retained for a limited time
Some information may be kept where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or abuse investigations, or as aggregated/anonymized data that does not identify you. Retention length depends on the category and obligation; we aim to complete deletion of routine personal data within up to 30 days after your identity is verified unless a longer period applies by law.
